Abstract:

The article describes the theoretical and methodological bases of research the level of investment and innovative activity of economic entities. The approaches to the assessment of business activity of the enterprise as a tool for diagnosing the efficiency of production management level and competitiveness of products in order to identify risk groups for goods and manufacturers. The analysis of the investment activity of the Republic of Tatarstan petrochemical producers, identify trends and specific activity of enterprises by type of product and market areas. Proposed institutional approaches to stimulate investment activity and improve the investment attractiveness of the economic entities in the current market environment. We studied the innovative potential of petrochemical plants on the basis of the author´s methodology for assessing the availability of financial and technological preconditions for the enterprises to the emergence and growth of innovation. Studied the activity consistently innovative-active industrial enterprises, for whom innovation is a major factor in competitive advantage. Revealed linear dependence of the efficiency and profitability of innovative companies´ management, which operate on the basis of technology platforms, technology transfer institutions applying innovation. It identified a number of key industrial and technological trends in the development of priority economic complexes.
