MANAGEMENT PROCESS: AN EXAMPLE OF CONSTRUCTING A MATRIX MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Abstract:

The author has considered the relationship between the internal environment and the external environment. The author has revealed the possibility of influencing the internal environment to the external environment. The author has considered the administrative process as a conjugate pair of managerial decisions and management responses. The author introduced the concept of the management process. The author proposed the concept of an optimal state of the internal environment. The study author´s model of the business entity. The author has developed a model-based economic entity matrix management process. The author proposed a classification of concepts of marketing management on the basis of the management process. The author investigated managerial decision. The author gave examples of management solutions for the marketing management. The author showed stepwise passage management decisions through the management object. The author identified six basic managerial decisions. The author has identified the gap in managerial decisions. The author studied management response. The author gave examples of management response to marketing management. The author showed stepwise passage management response through the management object. The author identified six basic management responses. The author has identified the gap management response. The author showed the patterns of the management process. The author has demonstrated matrix management decisions. The author has demonstrated matrix management response. The author showed matrix consecutive times to the management process through the management object. The author has introduced the simplest ratio of the management process and areas of economic knowledge. The author revealed the influence of the management process on the state of the internal environment of the enterprise. The author substantiates the necessity of developing the evaluation apparatus for the internal environment of the business entity.
