Abstract:

This article discusses the economic impact of modern logistics technologies on the process of import substitution The key issues of manufacturing based on logistics approach are identified: inefficient production work; outdated power, methods and manufacturing techniques; low level of control in the production; low level of recycling of production costs; the problem of production localization; low level of flexibility of the production process; low level of integration of the enterprises; relatively underdeveloped logistics infrastructure; a small number of qualified professionals in the field of logistics. Logistics technologies – Lean Production, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, KPI indicators, ERP-systems, logistics controlling, TQM, SCOR-model and its newer forms DSOR-model and CSOR-model, SCM and other are structured on the key issues of logistics. Also the effect of logistics technology on the process of growth of Russia´s GDP according to the forecast of Ministry of economic development is examined. On the basis of economic and mathematical modeling shows that the Russian GDP growth according to the experience of South Korea (taken as the base of comparison among the emerging economies) and integration of external and internal factors in the first year of using of logistics technology is estimated to be 2.5%, then, accordingly, foreign experience on the rise of 2.6% and 4.7% in each subsequent year.
