DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION SPACE IN A MODEL OF OPEN INNOVATION

The basic tendencies and specific of model of open innovation in the management of modern economic, logistic and transport systems are detected. The urgency of the implementation of the model of open innovation in the management of macro and mezologistic systems is shown.
The review of the basic concepts of transport and communication space, transport and logistics systems is presented. Specifically specifics of the transport process, mechanisms to improve its efficiency is disclosed; the constituent elements, function and the structure of the transport and logistics system is highlighted.
In the article the basic problems of transport and communication space of Russia are systematized. On the basis of economic and mathematical modeling the key factors of activity of transport in terms of their contribution to gross value added by kind of economic activity "Transport" are detected. The study proved that the formation of the gross "Transport" value added by kind of activity is most influenced by indicators included in the first factor and with him a correlation coefficient greater than 0.7 (the proportion of the total variance of 54%): fixed assets investment in fixed assets, the volume of paid services to the public transport, public security vehicles, the density of roads paved, the degree of depreciation of fixed assets and the index of tariffs for cargo transportation. The basic directions of modernization of the transport and logistics infrastructure are offered.
