Abstract:

The article devoted to the problems of reforming the Russian education system in the context of the transition to the innovative type of economic development. The relevance of higher education in the implementation of the sustainable development concept and building an innovative economy was substantiated. The conditions for effective management of innovative activity of educational organizations in the Russian Federation were identified and justified. The characteristics of modern educational organization were formulated , their difference from traditional systems were explained. The principles of quality management education model of Total Quality Management - TQM were developed. The role of the state in the implementation of TQM systems in education was substantiated . Factors adaptation of levels of education in Russia and abroad were identified. The conditions for successful implementation of education management. The contradictions of Russian systems of socialization and profiling education were revealed.
