Abstract:

The article is devoted to theoretical aspects of management of innovative activity of educational organization. The content of innovation educational organization from the standpoint of social and economic nature of the semantic and structural-functional analysis was investigated. A comparative analysis of the traditional management of the organization in its modern sense and the management of innovation and investment in education was done. The features of soft and pedagogical innovations were revealed. The concept of "innovation management educational organization", "social management innovation in education", "innovative educational activities" was studied and refined. The items of management process of innovation of educational organization were chosen, the levels and characteristics of the effects of management of innovative activity of educational organizations and the essence of the stages of the process of creating the pedal gineering innovation were examined.
