Abstract:
The article examines the forms and methods of personnel motivation of the enterprise. The evolution of the theories of motivation and motivations in the framework of management schools is examined. The difference between "motivation" and the meanings of "incentives", "promotion", "coercion" is examined. Forms of motivation are examined. A comparison of the material and the immaterial forms of motivation was done. The definitions of positive and negative forms of motivation are given. External and internal forms of motivation were examined. The term "self-motivated person" and methods of motivation were analyzed. The direct economic and indirect economic and financial methods of motivation are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of each form of motivation are identified . The main principles of development of the system of motivation are identified . Stages of development of the system of remuneration and motivation of the personnel of the enterprise are identified, the essential elements of each stage are defined.
