Efficient use of labor resources is one of the most important tasks of economic development of the industrial sector of the economy. In order to solve this problem requires an objective assessment of the labor force at the disposal of society, identifying the needs of industrial enterprises in the labor force and finding the most efficient and full use of labor resources in the interests of the society as a whole, and specific businesses in particular. The article considers the modern methods and principles of analysis of a con-dition and use of human resources in industrial enterprise. The basic economic indicators needed to make effective management decisions in the field of human resource management. Economic analysis of the company needs to develop a strategy for development of the enterprise, as well as to monitor the implementation of the objectives and to assess their implementation. Analysis to determine the current economic state of the elements of the enterprise and to predict the prospects for its development in the future to meet the requirements of the market. The paper also identifies the key points arising from the interpretation and use of the data obtained in the course of the economic analysis of labor resources in the industry. It highlights the existing economic laws that must be considered when making management decisions in the field of personnel management.
