Abstract:

Currently the housing market has an important role in solving not only social problems but also developing the real sector of the economy, revitalizing the investment process, macro-economic stability. In highly competitive market-based economic and political decisions should be made based on an analysis of available information. In this connection, there is an objective need for statistical evaluation and analysis of the status and development of the housing market, as the scale of the country and the region.
